Comments:
Another fine team effort before and during the contest. Thanks to all the guys
in the listing above, for antenna, station and network help. Also thanks to
N6ML for tower and software help.
We added a few antennas for simultaneous cw and ssb operation on the same
band.
We could run about 700 watts on most of the 6 stations. Low band
conditions/activity were disappointing, but high bands were in good shape.
Most notable was K3EST's 20m SSB Q total of 1511.
The team achieved our goals of 6000 Qs and 800,000 points.
This year's score was a 29% increase over 2013, exceeding last year's M/M QSO
and score records by W6YX. I think we are close to this year's YX effort as
W1AW/6. It was a fun race with Stanford and K6Z.
Had a few minor equipment and software issues, but all the K3s and amps
survived. N1MM had some hiccups from RFI and showing the correct sent QSO
numbers. Next time we'll see how N1MM+ works.
