Comments:

When things started off (on 10m) I thought great golly Miss Molly here we
go!)...and then reality struck. As the midday crawled closer, the dry Santa
Ana conditions were much more evident. Soon there was no ten worth slugging it
out & I had to move.

15 was good but not great and when I finished, I had not YET worked a GA
station - hugh? (In the end I missed ME RI VT DE GA WY and of course those
pesky semi-rare VE hams who are just plain 'provincial'

As I knew that I was stuck with SFI of 90, I det my mind to two band goals -
over 100 and over 35 mults... 80m came close but that is my weakest band and
yet I was tickled & pickled to keep working mults and folk that had
previously found me on the other bands.

the 40m 'window of opportunity - the olde Novice Band was a super hideout and
provide lots of entertainment value in the early dusk hours out here.

Thanks for the effort by everyone and I really had a great time in this one and
will be anxious to see how the SCCC teams did.

WN6K, Paul
