Comments:
Just plain ugly conditions. Many times other stations either didn't hear my
call or copy my exchange information despite multiple attempts. Tried running
on 40 and got one QSO in half-hour of calling CQ. Waited several hours and got
back on around 2200 local but found conditions the same.
