Comments:

Starting at 2300Z certainly helped 20M a lot - 20M seemed to have "gone
interstellar" maybe 2345Z.

But it helped 40M even more! 

My usual 80/40 balance was a bit upset, but it would be hard to argue that 80M
was hurting because of the early 0300Z end. Before 0200Z the far left coast was
loud and clear.

I'm completely in favor of 2300Z start in winter sprints.
