Comments:
The rules do not indicate if the three separate periods allow for cross period
QSOs or if those are considered DUPES. I used separate log instances for each
period so did not reject DUPES from previous periods. Then, combined the logs in
the Cabrillo file. I saw many people using a contiguous log. I don't know if
they rejected DUPES from prior periods. I hope they clarify the rules for next
year. I did not get a response to my query on this question.
