Unfortunately, my little booklet TUBE TOPICS disappeared. However, I
remember it was mostly a bunch of commonsense things for broadcasters like:
Clean the air filter regularly
Occasionally remove the tube and inspect the socket for loose fingers and dirt
Set the filament correctly, and drop it a bit for longer life if you can
The failure modes were mostly related to lack of attention to such details.
