[AMPS] Commander II amp question

Hi all; 
         Have a Commander II amp here and need some info. What is the
normal No-Load and Load plate voltage on this amp. Mine shows No-load
of 2000 vdc, and load of abt 1850 vdc. Is this normal. Pwr out looks
normal in all respects. Was wondering if I may have a bad cap in it etc.
I am running it on 220 vac.
