The RS1012L is made by Siemens. Apparently it is still made but not
recommended for new designs so they did not include the full data sheet
in there transmitting tube manual.
A few quick specs from the summary on page 412 of the manual are
Pa 4 KW
Max. frequency 230 MHz
Filament Voltage 5 V
Filament Current 64 A (325 W Filament Power)
