Hi Bill,
  I have a curve set for the 4-1000A run by EImac, dated 4/15/59.  
  Unfortunately, it is on faded blueprint paper and I doubt if it would
xerox... er... copy very well.
  Do you have any specific questions?
  I also have a companion Engineering Newsletter from Eimac FCJ-59D2 that
briefly describes operation of the tube in grounded grid(s).
