What Tom is saying is suppressors aren't magic cure-alls. If there is
something else amiss with the amplifier that causes improper gain and phase
margins, it will oscillate. Suppressors help alleviate this problem and
with a properly designed amplifier, they will eliminate it. But just
because a suppressor is in your anode line, doesn't mean the amp won't
oscillate if something else is bad.
