[AMPS] Resistors

This sounds like the multiplier resistor for the voltmeter function. It
is easy to find 2w 1.5 meg resistors but most of them are rated only for
300 or 500v maximum. I suspect your amp has several thousand volts
across this resistor so you need one built for HV use. You could use a
number of the low voltage types in series to get the HV rating. 73, Dan,
