This information is available from a variety of sources; e.g. , such as
McGraw Hill's, "Standard Handbook for Electrical Engineers", Fink & Beaty,
Chapter 20.

There is are fairly extensive bibliographies for both DC and AC motors if
you need to dig deeper.
