Put a boat bilge blower on it from outside the house, and run light weight
dryer ducting hose to the blower from the final. There are through-the-wall
fittings for this purpose. That way, most of the noise will be outside the
shack. Put the bilge blower and a small 12v pwr supply in a plastic box and
away you go. The 110 for the blower pwr supply can be run through the duct
hose.
