[AMPS] Capacitor info

Hi All,
I have recently obtained two high voltage caps. They are General electric
28F2023 - G11  32uf @ 4500 volts. There are no obvious markings as to the
polarity of the terminals. Has anyone got any info that would help me to
determine the correct polarity???
