Hi Guys
Could someone please give me an indication of the working voltage of the =
trimmer cap (10pf) called TC201 which is on the "coupler unit" in the =
2100Z.
The manual lists its description as ECV-1ZW 10x40 10pf (Part # =
K91000019)
The one I have fell apart shorted out and smoked one of the resistors in =
the coupler unit.
Any pointer appreciated
Thanks

I have just acquired an Amp Supply LK500-ZB amp. The meter circuit does not
work.
It did not come with a manuel or schematic. Does anybody have a schematic
for
a Amp Suppy LK500 that they could copy and send, fax or e-mail to me. I will
be happy to pay for any cost.
Thanks, Mick W1JJM

Just picked up an AL-80 at a fleamarket yesterday. Problem
is, there was no manual with it, only a spare, brand-new 3-500
tube. It appears it will cover 10-meters, but can't verify that.
I've looked on Ameritron's web-page, but there is not PDF of
the manual there - yet! Does anyone have a manual with the
specifications. If you could just type the specs in an email, it
would be greatly appreciated.

The instruction manual is not of much use. A diagram is. Unless one
puts a neg. feedback R in the cathode, the 3-500z will not be linear with
more than 65w PEP drive.

I'm resending this post to clarify that it's an AL-80,
not A or B. Evidently, one of the first or earlier versions.
