Try CWS in Santa Ana, CA. This was Amidon (and others) until name change.
I see by a order sheet they have #13 for 14 AWG wire and they may have
somthing to go over the 12 AWG (maybe a #11 Teflon with 20 mil wall
thickness). I just got some items from them for several projects (also
rewinding an ALPHA toroid coil). If they do not have it they might know
where to get it.
