An equiv oil filled C weighs more but lasts longer. 25uF would be plenty
for a FWB/8877 supply.

Modern electrolytics need way less, if any, reforming.

yes - unless otherwise specified. . The least stressful nounting
technique is a bed of silicone rubber beads -- allowed to cure 24-hrs.
To remove cap, cut the silicone rubber with a fish fillet knife.
