The freeby tube tests have shown an output of 900w (cw key down on 20m)
According to your calculations of good tube should be putting out about
1170. At what point do you "retire" the tube? The date code on this
Eimac is 6207 (I had just turned 4 years old!)

125 watts drive should drive a good tube to about 650 ma plate current. At
3000 volts that is 1950 watts input. At 60 percent efficiency you should see
about 1170 watts output.
