Hi Fred,

Have a look at the contacts on side of the slug, and also the spring
contacts of the slug holder.These contacts should be clean with no or very
low transfert resistance.Might also be a loozen contact inside the teflon
cap. It can be repaired, but needs a bit of work to calibrate again. A good
one to compare the curve, and use it only as a reference. Dont open the good
one.
