At IBM in Fishkill we circulated liquid Nitrogen through coils.
The coils were in a vacuum (10 Torr) so they didn't frost up.
Practically, I would think that by diverting some air flow from the main
cooling plant through a small plastic vacuum cleaner type (i.e., 1~2")
hose
might serve well.
