Hi Steve,
   I don't believe that there is any way outside of Eimac to correlate
those lot numbers with a date.

   The date codes are printed on the glass along with the tube number in
the "standard" year/week 4 digit code.

   From vague memory, your hand engraved unit is probably from the
1960's.  The stamped unit is later -- 1970+.
