I would hope that the cause was between the power cord plug and the power switch. If it were anywhere else, I would expect the sb-221 power fuses to blow first! Unless you are using a small amperage fuse in the house, smaller than the sb-221 power fuse, I can't imagine anywhere else the problem could be.
