Yes, they are on my web - see.

The 4CX600A and 4CX600JA are both in the same 6-page data sheet, which
has the constant current curves you want.
You will find full data sheets on a lot of power tubes there, from 100W
to 60kW.
I have some other data I will add to the site later. I have been sent
some, but not had chance to scan it yet.
