(kind of AMPS related... you may want to delete if you're
not into old tube gear)
I'm back to working on restoration of a big homebrew
AM/CW rig that I inherited from W6MSC last December.
I am scratching my head over an auxillary power supply
circuit. There are 4 tubes (866 types) 4 transformers,
and it looks like he's taking HV out of two different
points in the circuit.
Here is a rough drawn schematic (as much as I have
been able to sort out so far). There are some
parts in the drawing that are not applicable.
The question I've got concerns the connections D, E, and F
between the Aux Power deck and the Rectifier deck.
It looks like he's taking HV out of both the center tap
on transformer D-F and also from the center tap in
the rectifier labeled E. My labels of "1500v" and "750v"
are estimates based on the circuits they are feeding.
I don't understand.

(and yes, I drew my "T1" transformer coils kind of goofy...
sorry about that. If I get time today I will work
on a nicer picture to illustrate my quandry.)
Any help would be appreciated.
