I think any small shottky diode will work in the circuit. Without 
studying the manual, I'm not sure which characteristics matter most, but 
at I doubt there's any need for precision matching, if you buy 4pcs in 
one go, the likelyhood is they will come from the same batch and be 
close enough. A while ago I repaired a damaged probe which had one blown 
diode - I only had one to hand so I used it and the probe worked ok. 
Later I put in a set of four the same, but didn't notice any difference.
