For the most part, Shottky diodes are much more uniform that the silicon
junction type.
If you want to look for some RF relevant fearture, check for the forward
voltage drop in a regular detector setup, but with some RF source capable of
providing up to about 2-3 volt or so. You can plot the DC output on some
scale paper and match the closes ones. Still, my guess is that you'll find
the exercise superfluous.
