Just a simple question....

What are most of you homebrew amp builders using for TR switching in amps? PB
relays? Vacuum Relays? PIN diodes?

If you are using Vacuum Relays....and are using surplus ones that use 26 volts,
do you have a separate PS to run those relays or are there any tricks that you
use?

How do you handle timing issues as well....so there is no or little hot
switching?

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't
have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it. If you can't find
any Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense. Is
Common Sense divine?
