[Amps] follow-up to Titan 425 problem

Tks vm to all who replied.

I sent the bias switch  board to TT for refurb, and will ask for another cap 
and another 150K equalizing resistor, to replace the shorted cap and 
150*OHM* resistor.  It is no wonder why the cap failed, having that 150-ohm 
resistor in parallel with it.

Hope the tubes are still ok ;o)
