[Amps] HV measurements

Hi guys, 



A simple question.   I'm wondering what people are using the measure HV?  Do 
you guys typically look at the HV DC on a scope at all?   My DMM only goes to 
1KV DC, so I'm curious as to what instruments or probes you are using.
