[Amps] Resting plate watts with An 8877

Between the indirect heating for the 8877 and the 
resting plate current, what is the usual baseline 
watts burned if key down but there's no 
transmission. Say the KV is 4K resting on the plate.

Yeah, I sometimes need help with the obvious...
