[Amps] Dummy load and resistors

Qty 44 2.2k resistors, each 2W. All in parallel. Submerged in 2 litres of
oil (?). As an increase over the free air 88 watt rating what sort of
dissipation can I reasonably expect? Continuously and for short 10-15 second
durations with a minute cooling off between.
