I am pretty sure that Flex radio use just the board from LDG in their
Flex-5000 and Flex-3000, which are pretty small boards.

without cabinet for use as an input circuit in HF amps.  The  amp it was

in was designed by Jerry K8RA ( I think that's his call)   He discusses the 
use of it.
