And be able to identify the last ones on that list above.


Actually after all these years I figure I qualify to be able to purchase 
"plug and play"too, but as in computers it's usually "plug and pray", or 
plug and repair. I think I spend more time repairing *stuff* than I do 
using it.
It's a good reflector to pick up opinions and sometimes even good advice 
on the quality of amplifiers and even specific makes and models.  Even 
why you can build a better amp than you can normally purchase. As in 
cars it's normally not wise to purchase the first off the line of a 
newly introduced model, or why a SS legal limit amp or Tetrode might not 
be best for that first QRO project.
