Hi all- In reviewing numerous schematics of 3CX1500A7 amps, I have noted the circuit both ways. In addition, some appear to place a choke in the line from transformer (or CV/ C limited SMPS) to filament along with (/without) bypass caps to ground. My inclination is to NOT connect the heater to the cathode, and TO choke AND bypass the heater wires on their way to a CV, current limited SMPS. Thoughts?
