I have added a footnote on gain figures in dBd to the note (in the upper
HF part of the index) on lobe formation, since the graphed data lent
themselves to some interesting comparisons. Consider: one antenna with a
gain that varies from 5.0 to 6.1 dBd. I hope the footnote is useful.
