[Antennaware] Mobile and indoor antenna

Hello there,
I have moved to Cologne in Germany and want to be back on the air, but i'm 
living in a Apartment and cant install good yagis, so I decided to be on the 
air from my car and from my balcony when and if possible.
So, what could be the best antenna to use on both places (car and balcony).
Any help will be very welcome.
