CT 7.13

I think I discovered a bug in mine this weekend.  When I use the 
note pad, the note window appears only the first time after I
load CT.  After that, I can type in and store a note, but the window
never appears.  I've used 7.13 for a while, but I'm not sure I used
the note window before, and the configuration of the computer
hasn't changed, as far as I know.

Has anyone else had this problem and, better still, does anyone
know of a fix?
