It is my recollection that manufactured QSOs in the form discussed are not allowed in many contests. In the ARRL ones, most rules prohibit the use of a station by more than one callsign (other than family stations) during a contest period. So a guest op who gives out a Q with the host station call and again with his or her own is in violation of the rules in many ARRL contests. Rick, K7GM |
