[CQ-Contest] PA QSO Party in TR

Thanks to Al, Paul and others for the help on the county files, and other
suggestions for logcfg.dat.  

I plan to work both VK/ZL and PA QP this weekend, and have batch files set
up for quick log changes.  Now if my brain can just handle the radios and
the computer, I'll have some fun.  73, Ken
