So, to go one step further...your buddy brings his new Kenyeacomtech
over to your QTH one Saturday morning and wants you to play with it
and give him your impression. After an hour or so in your favorite
(or not so favorite) ARRL contest the rig is unhooked and he takes it
home, i.e. different QTH, city, state, etc. As I interpret this
rule he cannot operate his new rig (transmitter portion anyway) under
his own call until the contest is over.
