[CQ-Contest] Young contesters/guest ops

I just wanted to add something to Davids thoughts.  First, The same thing
works for older potential contesters as well, and Second, one of the things
that makes this work so well is the success that one can have compared to a
very small gun home station where it sometimes seems to be impossible to
make many contest QSOs.  They are practically guaranteed at a large M/M
station.
