The SM3CER website announced that the logs can be sent in to K4JRB but I
have questions--Is Hawaii on the North American continent or what?
What about Caymans?
Possibly other questions too.
The http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com website is the resource for all
questions (according to SM3CER) but the site appears to be dormant.
Any ideas on the CQ WW contest rules es etc.?
