Below are the promotion details from the Staples Web Site.
Note the part that says "One rebate per name/family/address."
The rebate processing centers are all computerized, and will
exploit every opportunity to deny a rebate. If you submit
more than one rebate with the same name or address, it will
almost certainly be rejected. You won't even be notified. They
just won't pay.
