[CQ-Contest] Fishy E-Mail from ARRL Contest Robot

I got something slightly different - the header was some
stations 3830 reflector report...and attached to it was
some type of .scr file.  It looked like it had gone to
a number of people either on the cq-contest reflector
or who had submitted logs for the recent ARRL VHF
contest.

I also deleted it right away.  Remember, if you don't
know what it is, don't open it.  Just get rid of it.
