[CQ-Contest] Filters for computers INFO

We were finally able to connect to high speed ADSL for my son, and the folks
told me to get a router, which I did... and hooked up my wife's, son's, and
my computers to it.  Now that it is in my rig gets into every computer and
phone in the house.

What kind of filtering do I use to stop this and how do I proceed?

I want to have this working by the RAC contest on July 1  Without it I am
QRP or QRT except when everyone else is gone.
