While I don't have a small lot, all my antennas are on one tower 
(402CD @ 86 ft, TH7s @ 76, 40 & 25 ft, 80m slopers and 160 inv vee).  
The upper 2 TH7s are phased and the bottom one is used for radio 2. 

I use both stubs and bandpass filters on both radios.  Barefoot, each 
station doesn't know the other one is on the air, unless within a few 
KHz of a second harmonic (eg., 7010 and 14020).  When running full 
power, again, it is pretty clean, with just a little trouble with 
second harmonics, though the QRM extends maybe 10-15 KHz on either 
side.  No bad, considering the 40 and 20 antennas are only 10 ft 
apart!
