Good question.  I got a certificate for it last year and I forget the exact
definition.  And it seems the arrl doesn't want us to know this year, their
contest calendar page for june: http://www.arrl.org/contests/months/jun.html
doesn't have a link for this year's rules.  Last year I only used 3 bands
barefoot from my ts-2000 and packet and I must have qualified.  If I
remember right it's a multiop with 4 or less bands, I don't think there is a
power limit.
