I envy the way the east coast crowd can CQ above 3800, and get EU to
call below 3750. It doesn't work that way for us out west, trying to
run JA. The JA/USA windows are 3750-3753 and 3792-3803. That lets you
squeeze in maybe five loud W6's/W7's. You can try CQing until you're
blue in the face above 3803, listening down, and you won't get a single
JA to answer.
