Tnx...fellow NCCCer W0YK also just pointed this out to me.

There may be others like myself who are a n a l  about paragraph text and will 
gravitate more to specific "Examples".  My suggestion would be to put the 
"required" elements of an exchange in RED, and anything else in black.

But then I guess there are some who are color-blind to red, so I'll just say it 
might be wiser to put ONLY the required elements of an exchange in ANY Contest 
Rules "Examples".  Then:

(*) In addition to the "required" elements of the contest exchange as per the 
above example, you may optionally include any other information desired (i.e., 
"73", "PSE QRS", etc., etc.).

My "2 cents" as Jim Neiger would say.
