I still disagree. I send 68 because that is the year I was 1st licensed. Now I
have been through the following calls...

license expires, grace period is increased from 2 yrs to 5yrs but I didn't know.
At 5years and 6 months...

back to N4VI.
I intend to keep sending 68.
